Interview on FM Radio:
Prof. RK Saxena played a key role in the establishment of the South Asian University in the years 2008 to 2016. He had been the founding Vice President as well as the Acting President of the university. He was also the founding Dean of its Faculty of Life Sciences and Biotechnology. In this interview, Prof. Saxena describes the establishment of the new South Asian University in New Delhi, which is a joint project supported and funded by the eight SAARC countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan). He discusses the unique features of the university during its formative years.
