In closely knit joint families, there are so many restrictions. Open display of affection between husband and wife is a strict no no! One has to behave. This small poem of Shalabh Shriram Singh Ji very effectively conveys the exhilaration a wife feels when her husband returns home from work, but she has to keep her feelings in control and continue with what she is doing. A lovely poem indeed – Rajiv Krishna Saxena
